Chaos War Zone - Act 2

In a world surrounded in complete chaos, Sonic & Shadow find themselves facing off with a new enemy named Alpha who manages to destroy the Master Emerald which causes the balance of the universe to break.
Realizing the Severity of the situation Sonic & Shadow unify their power for a final stand with Alpha but when they arrive to end things with him, he’s ready to jump into another universe using a portal of distortion. As they follow him through this portal, their unified power eventually diminishes and the Chaos Emeralds separate!

Really really enjoyed this game, dont know how much effort it has but man it is a really good sonic game with his own lore, really liked the fighting system it remembered me secret of mana 2 that i used to play, hope more games on future if possible, keep it up!
Been playing the game for a bit till I ran into this error after completing Hub 2, Zone 2 but I saved before this error and now I'm softlocked. I assume the path I took was an Alt Exit but if I had to guess the cause of the error itself, it would have to be from the game attempting to load an Emblem cutscene and a story related cutscene at the same time.
This is a new one...
Im so sorry that this happened, theres alot of bugs that need to be fixed in act 2, I tend to overlook a few.
I've not seen this error pop up for me but Ill look into it asap
I have dumped 60 hours into this game to finish it, and now multiple people have asked if I have autism

P.S: During my playthrough, I found a few bugs. Namely, the zone rush for Madallah would be incompletable due to it softlocking you in the boss for Stage 2, (Neither you or the bosses can move and most actions wouldn't work. You can use the essence attack to kill them, but nothing would happen if they dropped to zero health) and in Stage 9, Act 2, the guardian for the north gate of the castle which leads to the rest of the level has 2 million health, making it very difficult to complete the time attack for it without grinding past level 100
